Move MySQL

Mysql is supported but there is no percona package. It will need to be built. This might be straight forward if the build stack is the same for regular mysql - you can just swap in the src archive.

There's already a package for 5.6, but the container on Zeus was running 8.0.

I'll look into compiling 8.0 now.

Percona 8 was running on Zeus actually. Ideally we should use percona 8 on NixOS too.

I have done this before and all you really need to do is override the src for the default mysql package, and change some build parameters.
