Add a command to enable members to join Webgroup, upon approval by Admins and Friends.
Approach
The user runs a command to submit their email/username and request joining Webgroup, sending an Approve button possibly to the channel.
The Admins and Friends are pinged and are the only users allowed to click the Approve button.
This will send a GitHub team invitation to the user and add the Discord @Webgroup role, authenticated with the Blockbot access token for the redbrickCmt GitHub user.
I think the @technical role can be used for the member list here, that should be kept up to date with current elected technical members of the society.

@DistroByte We're renaming Technical to Admins & Friends, if you don't object.
I quite like technical as it's one word and doesn't place preference on any one role in the society. It also conforms the the current "standard" of single word role names.
I do see the benefit of the & friends being essentially all inclusive though.
Ultimately this makes no difference, the original comment was as much an information post about the existence of such a role.
