Describe the bug
The suite setup details log summary report link is broken.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

Click on any test suite link in the test summary of any test results email.
Select the link under suite setup details.

Expected behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Suite summery report should be opened instead of error screen

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Additional context

Jenkins reports log path is not appended correctly to the link address.
