We are documenting the Traffic Analytics at https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/analytics.html, but this feature is opt-in. We need to mention in that page how to enable it.

Update Analytics pages in the docs

This builds our properly feature pages for them,
and remove the old reference page that combined both.
