If you open a fixed layout EPUB (any, AFAIK - e.g. SmokeTestFXL) and enlarge your window to a pretty large size (e.g. 1600x1300) then the right and bottom edges are clipped. the amount of clipping is proportionate to the size of the window - i.e. the same part of the page is always clipped it doesn't grow or shrink.
