Als Administrator der Anwendung
möchte ich dass ein User keine Standorte erstellen kann
damit die Administration der Anwendung von dem Nutzerbereich abgegrenzt ist.

AK:

  • Es existieren verschiedene Rollen für User und Administratoren
  • Ein Administrator ist ein User mit erweiterten Rechten
  • Die User sind nicht mehr in der Lage, die Konfiguration einzusehen
