Showing a number of errors in my logs:

/media/tvshows/Archived/Doctor Who (2005)/Season 07/Doctor Who 2005 - S07E11 - The Crimson Horror [Bluray-1080p].mkv returned non-zero exit status 1.
fprobe cannot analyze this video file /media/tvshows/Archived/Doctor Who (2005)/Season 11/Doctor Who 2005 - S11E07 - Kerblam! [Bluray-1080p].mkv. Could it be corrupted?
ffprobe cannot analyze this video file /media/tvshows/Archived/Doctor Who (2005)/Season 07/Doctor Who 2005 - S07E07 - The Rings Of Akhaten [Bluray-1080p].mkv. Could it be corrupted?
/media/tvshows/Archived/Doctor Who (2005)/Season 07/Doctor Who 2005 - S07E07 - The Rings Of Akhaten [Bluray-1080p].mkv returned non-zero exit status 1.

you should run knowit with debug enable, so we have details to answer questions
