Moving (reodering) todo lines within the file

Sometimes within the same priority we just want a todo line to show before anoter. Today we have to edit the todo.txt file. Some possibilities would be 1) To drag the todo item to a new position (this could even change its priority); 2) add some interface arrows Up/Down in each todo line. By clicking on these arrows todo line would move accordingly
