Customer exclude list for SaaS products

This is a bit of a tangent but is there any kind of license for SaaS providers who would refuse service to customers who work in non-ethical industries? Would be cool to have both.

I came up with some conditions for an analytics product I was working on.

We could copy that section into the contrib section like #14

💡 Might want to use terminology of exclude list instead of black list in order to courteous and sensitive to people of color.

@jeznag, @chrisjensen, I'm sorry to say that unless I am mistaken, this discussion may need to happen elsewhere because I don't see how this relates to getting the license to v1.0.
