Our tooling flagged this inclusion as unused, and looking around I think everything needed is pulled from <Rinternals.h> (
SEXP) and <R_ext/Rdynload.h> (R_CallMethodDef,DL_FUNC,R_registerRoutines,R_useDynamicSymbols) so that seems correct.
