Create data visualization - show trends over time of violations (model offered) #30

Would be very helpful to use current dataset to create data visualization showing trends over time of violations by water system, and perhaps by analyte too!

The charts below are created by Our World In Data and are under creative common license so they might be jumping off places. Note that you can slide bar to see the changes over time by year.... very cool.

That interactive world map is really nice.

We've started to build something based on the same technology (D3 chloropleths) which powers the CA cutout on out homepage now. We can add legends, clickable areas and history slider to make it work like the above UI.

That is just one way to approach this, feel free to suggest other ways to accomplish this goal
