Interactive examples in documentation are no longer interactive #443

This example should be dragged around and zoomed but it no longer works correctly:

It seems like the documentation no longer embeds vegalite, and just shows a static image.

(creating a plot and displaying it in browser still seems to work fine, this is just a issue for the documentation).

I think the interactivity never worked in the docs, it only works locally, I believe.

In the docs for VegaLite.jl 2.6 this example worked (see here)
