Improve Error page on Junction

Currently if something is broken on junction. It just says "We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us. In the meantime, try refreshing." which is not meaningful.

Please specify a github repo issue url so that people can report the issue and also point them to zulip chat to report the errors.
Can we also place some automation to create github issues automatically if we see errors in logs and notify people to fix it asap.
