Reasons for the request

I recently tried to publish a new open-sourced package called classyfire, which provides Python APIs for the ClassyFire website.

Since the package is meant to be used to interact with classyfire, it seemed reasonable to be called classyfire.

As far as I can tell, there is no package with this name (https://pypi.org/search/?q=classyfire). There is one classyfire-cli of which I could not find the repository as it is not linked, and I was not comfortable using software of which I can't easily read the code or make pull requests.

When I tried to publish my new package, I got this error:

ERROR HTTPError: 400 Bad Request from https://upload.pypi.org/legacy/
The name 'classyfire' is too similar to an existing project. See https://pypi.org/help/#project-name for more
         information.
