Comments

Same warning here, and in addition to the main issue, I am also encountering a dependencies problem when trying to install PyMC version 5.4 or 5.4.1 via Conda-forge using Miniconda with Python 3.11. MacBook Air M2, with Python 3.11 and Ventura. |
Using |
Are those installation instructions you found online somewhere? Should say 5 there. As to issue 2, it's odd because openblas is installed so why wouldn't it use that? |
I too am receiving this warning with a fresh conda environment with only pymc5 installed. I am running an on a M2 mac. |
Can you post the output of |
The following warning: "WARNING (pytensor.tensor.blas): Using NumPy C-API based implementation for BLAS functions." |
We improved several things in the conda recipe. Hopefully the issues are gone. Feel free to reopen if not |
I'm also getting this warning. Command to install: I'm working on a M1 with Sonoma 14.7.
