Causal Inference #62
Comments
Hi, I have read a couple of examples from the literature but I don't have written those examples myself. It would be nice to have them as part of our documentation. Also, I wonder if we should try to implement those features here or as part of CasualPy? @drbenvincent @twiecki. |
I'd be very open to additions like that to CausalPy 👍🏻 |
I'd love to implement meta-learners for CausalPy like T-learner and X-learner using BART and sklearn compatible models. |
@matekadlicsko That's great, any info you need to get going? |
@twiecki Thank you, I'm good for now. |
Do you have any example showing how PyMC-BART can be used for causal inference? Do you have plans for implementing features similar to the bartCause R package?
