I would expect to see 'index' instead of the 2nd 'activities'.

The breadcrumb that appears is:
About the Foundation for Public Code > Activities

I would expect to see 'trainings' after 'activities' - I'd expect the page hierarchy exposed in the breadcrumb to mirror the folder structure (no matter how many layers of nested folders there are).
