Context & motivation

updates viem, wagmi, and connectkit to most up to date version. updating wagmi requires a new configuration and import. updating connectkit requires a tanstack dependency.

Can you bump all dependencies as well as the version number in the package.json. This will probably require adjusting the current biome config.
