Send Sense operational metrics to New Relic

Send select Qlik Sense operational metrics to New Relic, similar to how this data is today stored in InfluxDB.

This data is the core of Butler SOS and by sending it to New Relic it's possible to visualise things like session count, server CPU/RAM usage etc in NR.

Whether New Relic or Influxdb/Grafana is best is largely a matter of preference.
Due to how New Relic works it will be difficult to get the same level of detail in New Relic as we today get in InfluxDB.
Also, the visuals are arguably better in Grafana (using data in InfluxDB) than in New Relic.

New Relic is on the other hand an enterprise grade SaaS solution, meaning that there's no need to install InfluxDB/Grafana locally (there are also SaaS options for Grafan, btw).

Data sent to New Relic will be split in several types, matching how New Relic does things:

• Metrics. This is Sense health metrics, number of sessions, Butler SOS's own memory usage etc.
• Events. This is called "user events" in Butler SOS lingo. Users opening/closing connections, starting/stopping sessions.
• Logs. "Log events" in Butler SOS lingo. Typically warnings and errors. Given that New Relic charges per ingested GB the logs can significantly impact costs associated with New Relic.
