How much time to give people to review --

The default is a month.
If you need it more quickly, you can request a shorter timeline (eg 2 weeks) -- maintainers can decide if this is possible.
If you need a delay, b/c you are leaving -- you can request that as well.

How likely you will have to change it in future?
How big will the impact be if you have to change it.
