Nodes are not coming to Ready state when using srv6 with calico-vpp #631

Environment

Calico/VPP version: master
Kubernetes version: v1.22.1
Deployment type: VM
Network configuration: srv6

Issue description
The nodes are not coming to Ready state when SRv6 is enabled with Calico-vpp.

The calico-vpp-node logs shows as follows

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make install-test-deps
make start-test-cluster
make test-install-calicovpp-srv6

Expected behavior
The nodes should come to Ready state
