Update our IPP Silver Rates and Individual Supporter page

I am preparing to update our IPP membership rate at Silver Tier for Upper Income Countries only, from £1,000 GBP to £1,250 GBP.

I will update this number and the currency equivalents across /en/ipp, /es/pia, /fr/pi, and /pt/ppi:

In /en/supporters, /es/colaboradores, /fr/nos-soutiens and /pt/apoiadores, I will also move the Danish consortium from our list of active IPPs to our Alumni Partners:
