On some Android devices, after entering the email address and clicking on the verification link the browser does not toggle to the IRMA app; instead it redirects the browser to the browser_fallback_url. This should only be done when the IRMA app is not installed on the device (which it was in the cases that we have seen this bug).
Observations:
Everything works as expected on almost all devices; we have seen the bug so far on only two devices, one of which was a Samsung.
When copy-pasting the URL from the email into the URL bar of the Samsung browser or Chrome, the problem also occurs. Apparently on all devices - but not in mobile Firefox. This is less of a problem since no or very few users will probably do this, but it is still a problem.
The problem does not seem to occur in the mobile number issuer, which has an almost identical workflow but some subtle differences in its webclient (particularly, the issuance is started by simulating the submission of an HTML form).
