Nice, descriptive error message after credentials fail at 'start a meeting now' #1

When you 'start a meeting now' and you have no e-mail address (or any other working) credentials the feeback you get is 'CANCELLED'.

It would be good to have more descriptive feedback as to why the meeting failed with clues to the documentation.
