grainGrowth_dream3d fails when loading a 3D structure using 8 order parameters #173

grainGrowth_dream3d fails if only 8 order parameters are used to represent a 3D mictrostructure.

This happens independently of whether the structure is read from the vtk files.

The code fails when setting the boundary conditions.
