Mouse cursor not visible

The mouse cursor is not visible but active when hovering over any app

For those like me who had problems displaying the mouse after the updates, the solution is the following:
edit the file ~/.config/hypr/hyprland.conf adding these three lines:
cursor {
no_hardware_cursors = true
}

Video card in use amd rx 580x.
