This issue is for the Stag-RelayX package. I don't know where that repo is. Add ability to boost and add a tag.

I tried to create a new boost job using the above method (adding tag as an additional parameter) but am not seeing the tag on the pow.co tags page. Am not sure if this is user error or if tags are just not supported yet.
