About ctlrender

1.About the “ctlrender”： the Example code is wrong.
Example code maybe like:$ amf-util.py render Material/amf_minimal.amf /tmp/aces-dev-1.0.3/transforms/ctl

I tried to run the case code. But it keeps telling me I'm short of file（Just like the picture above）. In fact, After checked, I find that I already have this file in my folder.

3.What is a bash file? What this bash file does？
I can't generate bash files myself.
I do not know the relationship between the bash file and the CTL(How Bash file generate the CTL file)?
