Request to add a plugin on Poggit Release

I am writing to request that an old plugin be added onto Poggit Release. Details are as follows:

Was it released before mid-2014?

Does the plugin work in the latest PocketMine version?

<yes. Just need to fix somethings>

Does the plugin depend on other plugins? Are they released on Poggit?

Are the main authors still active?

<No. He is not updating it. And his contact details are incorrect/not reachable.>

Are there any forks that have updated the plugin to the latest PocketMine version?

<yeah I fixed some issues here is my repo https://github.com/LuciferVerma/Bedwars but still there are some issues that needs to be fixed. It would great if you fix them. It will help players alot.>
