Allowing the use of a posts module to view content from not only the current post type
e.g filter the output of related posts or select a different CPT and go from there ...

add field connection to where? -> based on current post settings could make sense!

Ideas:

  • don't hide the default post type selector add "current option"-> Main Query?
  • extend the list on the related options / make them dependent on selected post_type?
  • always display customize where as it could be applied to posts from relations too

@sc0ttkclark maybe we should discuss options there - if you have a better idea?
