Instead of specifiying in wp-config.php
give users a dropdown list for
define( 'PODS_ALT_CACHE_TYPE', 'db' ); // Default is 'file'`

We can add support for Pods Alt Cache options now in Pods 2.8+, I'll get this done in an upcoming release.
