Personal Calendar Displaying the Event timing three hours earlier

I have deployed the personal calendar webpart in a SharePoint site, but I have problem when displaying the events, it shows three hours earlier. It should display the event timing same as in the calendar.

For example, if the meeting in the Calander is at 9:00am, the webpart displays it at 12: pm.
I have installed the packages without changing anything in the code.

Steps to Reproduce

• install react-personal-calendar.sppkg to AppCatalog
• Install library-starter-kit-shared.sppkg and mgt-spfx-v2.9.0.sppkg

Environment Details (Development & Target environment)

• Starter kit version: v3
• OS: Windows 10
• Target Environment: SharePoint Online
• Framework: Node.js v16
• Browser(s): Microsoft Edge
