Visibility issue

• Text on the "Urgent" notification is unreadable. Its coming through as a kind of dark grey against dark brown background. I assume this is because my SharePoint uses a darker theme and there's some transparency in the colours used for the banner background and font. Is there a way of resolving this (without changing the site theme)?

The Alerts app is technically working, however the text on the "Urgent" notification is unreadable as its coming through as a kind of dark grey against dark brown background.
