I second this, honestly not having this severely limits GLPI ability to be used as a serious HelpDesk solution. |

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). How is this going? I've submitted issue #847 configuring category as the condition to hide or show a block but it does not work. |
I find it extremely useful to be able to hide blocks under certain circumstances. However, I would like to suggest the ability to hide blocks based on ITIL Categories. In my case, I only need to display a specific tab for certain types of tickets, and it would be fantastic if I could control which additional field blocks are shown (or hidden in this case) using a comparison operator or a regular expression.
