Users have been asking us: if anon mode IDs can be traced back to account, if the account can be synced across devices/clients, where the account is stored. The UI should be clear about all of these things.

Also the buttons aren't clear enough or are placed incorrectly.

imo this message doesnt answer the question of where the account is stored or how to sync your account between 2 devices. it's kind of a useless message that just brings up more questions. I might be wrong, we'd have to do a poll to know what kind of hints the average person understands or not.

the average person probably doesn't know what "stored locally" means or what "syncing 2 devices" means so it's just confusing to even have this message, better to have nothing and not overwhelm the user.
