Restructure the HTTPS setup tutorial

Most of this tutorial was written in 2021 and a lot of new information has been learned on discord setting this up, which can be used to rewrite this page completely, hopefully making it less daunting in the process.

Suggested modifications

• Replace steps 1-3 and 5 with a tutorial on how to create a DNS challenge based certificate. Mention that you can use letsencrypt tutorial if you wish to automate the system using http challenge
• Mention nginx reverse proxies and how that makes easier to set up the http challenge.
• Sample script that can be used to run all the commands faster
• Optional step to automate this
• Summary with a sample script that can be used to do this faster
• Cloudflare related section
