Describe the issue

Jitpack build is failing due to node 20 dependency GLIBC not being installed. apt-get doesn't work on jitpack so something else might need to be done.

Since it's possible to define what task jitpack runs, the yarn build tasks can be skipped for some new task type as they're not needed for the jitpack artifact
