Some metrics registered here https://github.com/pingcap/tidb-operator/blob/master/pkg/metrics/metrics.go#L70 are not defined. Missing metrics are:

ReconcileTotal,
ReconcileErrors,
WorkerCount,

Define these missing metrics.
