Backup and flashing of left earbud fails #64

I'm trying to back up the left earbud, but it's neither detected by bestool for backup, nor by the factory tools.
backup/flashing of right earbud works.

Also the left earbud is working with its firmware. It can be paired and audio works.
I tried it many times to no success, any ideas?
