Feature: Manage playlists

Since we are able to create new playlists by saving the Queue, we probably need the ability to delete playlists and add / remove individual tracks from a playlist as well?

Missing features include:

• Delete an entire playlist
• Rename a playlist
• Remove one or more tracks from a playlist
• Add / insert a track to a playlist using the track's URI
• Re-order tracks in a playlist
• When saving the queue to a playlist: ability to select an existing playlist from a dropdown list instead of having to type in a playlist name
• When saving the queue to an existing playlist: ability to specify whether playlist should be overwritten, or if tracks should be added to the bottom of the playlist
• A 'Show Playlist Info...' context menu item that shows, among other things, the playlist's URI (see Display the URI for a playlist #234)
