考虑增加编程语言，硬件工具，开发环境 #4

嵌入式技能图谱上可以考虑增加如下：
编程语言：汇编，c，shell脚本等。
硬件工具：万用表，示波器等。
开发环境：windows下IDE，linux，交叉编译等方面的内容。

protel和altium是很功能相近的软件，建议不是横向并列。
