New release

Would a new release be possible? Preferably, one that:

• is a tagged release
• has merged some PRs
• is published on PyPI for easy installation via pip3
• has contributions found in https://github.com/nibbledeez/duplicate-images ( @nibbledeez can you make PRs from your work?)

To build nibbledeez's fork on Ubuntu 21.04, I had to change scipy==1.5.3 into scipy==1.6.0 in requirements.txt.

Installation of MongoDB is done with:

• running wget -qO - https://www.mongodb.org/static/pgp/server-5.0.asc | sudo apt-key add -
• adding deb https://repo.mongodb.org/apt/ubuntu focal/mongodb-org/5.0 multiverse to /etc/apt/sources.list.d/mongodb-org.list
• running sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get install mongodb-org

Is anybody interested in making a new release from one of the forks? This is a very useful tool to clean up your images. Also, looking for alternative applications. Welcome to list them here.
