XSLT Formatting

When the XMLSpectrum project was started, the main goal was to provide syntax-highlighting and leave the formatting totally untouched. XMLSpectrum uses the unparsed-text() function on all input files, regardless of whether they are XML or not, this ensures that no whitespace is lost by an external XML parser.
