exitRegion configuration timeout request

The exitRegion timeout on iOS is typically 30 seconds, if no beacon has been seen within 30 seconds the exitRegion will be called.
On Android this appears to be 5 or so seconds, I would like to request that it is either made configurable or set to 30 seconds as per iOS. This would stop exitRegion events from being unnecessarily called when the signal drops out for a few seconds.
