Hi there. It actually shouldn't need any modifications to work with the Universal App Platform other than creating a new VC++ project for a UWP Runtime Extension. Everything else should be good to go.

@peter0302 right now current sample is not supported with vs2019. Could you please update it for UWP?

Sorry I have no interest in UWP any longer. WinUI for desktop is the future and doesn't require any shenanigans to make SQLite work.
