Due to the long-running Testnet 63 (https://github.com/penumbra-zone/penumbra/issues/3182)—we're already at five weeks—we're seeing conflicts for compatibility between preview & testnet. The changes on this branch restore compatibility with Testnet 63, which broke as of #26. Notably #27 is not reverted, since we still want that feature.
I don't intend to merge this PR, simply opening it as draft for visibility.
