Hello everyone,

I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to share some exciting news with you. A while ago, I took the initiative to create and submit a Void Linux package for the PDM program. I realize I didn't inform you all beforehand, and I apologize for that oversight.

My primary goal in doing this was to ensure that PDM becomes available in the Void Linux distribution and to streamline its integration for users who might benefit from it. I’ve diligently included all necessary dependencies, and for those that weren’t already part of the distribution, I took care to add them as well. I’ve also tested the package thoroughly to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For those interested in the specifics, you can find the pull request I submitted under void-linux/void-packages#52210. I genuinely hope that the Void developers will find the package useful and accept it for distribution.
