Apparently, you cannot just download the redistributable <Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable> anymore. Any suggestions, or do I have that wrong?

Maybe the download site was down when you last tried, but it's still working for me: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=13255
