[V1] Re-evaluate temporary left and right schemas from the logical join operators. #1575

Description

For the purposes of passing conformance tests, we have added schemas for the left and right of joins which are used to pad typed nulls.

This issue is a bug/request to re-examine the need of these schemas as well as the factoring.
