Thanks for working on this!

Might be nice to have a warp plugin at some point, though not sure how feasible it is

I'm not sure, I haven't really used warp before..
When I have some time I'll try to learn about warp and then figure out how feasible it is and come back with some details.

There's also rweb which is built on top of warp however no release for over a year, it does have the ability to output an OpenAPI spec which seems to be v3.

It still seems to be seeing development, so perhaps you can try contacting the maintainer/author if they could collaborate with paperclip?
